This hands-on workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Endoscopic Combined Intrarenal Surgery (ECIRS) and Mini Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (Mini-PCNL) for the management of complex renal calculi. The course integrates didactic lectures, case-based discussions, live or recorded surgical demonstrations, and practical simulation training to enhance both theoretical knowledge and procedural skills.

Participants will learn patient selection, preoperative planning, imaging interpretation, access strategies, tract dilation techniques, intrarenal navigation, lithotripsy modalities, stone clearance optimization, and postoperative management. Special emphasis is placed on the combined antegrade and retrograde approach in ECIRS, ergonomic operating room setup, fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided puncture, and strategies to minimize complications.

The practical component allows delegates to gain supervised experience in renal puncture, sheath placement, nephroscope handling, flexible ureteroscopy assistance, laser lithotripsy, and stone extraction techniques, with a focus on improving efficiency and safety.
